Your Transit Options

We make it easy for you to use the money in your account to pay and get reimbursed for eligible transit expenses. There are three fully automated payment options.

The Commuter Card is a good option if your commute changes or if you don’t ride transit every day to work. You can use it to buy your pass or tickets for yourself.

  • Decide how much money to load onto your Card each month to cover your monthly transit costs.
  • Funds are automatically loaded onto your Card prior to each benefit month so you can use your benefits whenever you need them.
  • You can check your balance anytime by logging into your account at wageworks.com.

Where available, you can load money directly onto transit smart cards.

  • Log onto your account to load money onto transit agency smart cards directly from your account.
  • This is a good option if your commute is consistent.

Purchase a pass directly through your account.

  • Identify the agency pass you want to buy and it’s delivered to your home or office.
  • You can opt to have passes mailed automatically each month.
  • We make every effort to ensure that passes are delivered by the first of the benefit month.

Your Parking Options

Each month, your parking deductions are placed in a Parking Account. You use the funds in your account to pay for your order and can use any of the below options. Eligible parking expenses include expenses at your work location or expenses used to get to work (for example, parking at a train station).

  • Pay My Parking. Arrange for account funds to be sent to your parking facility before the first day of the month. This is a great option if you are paying for a monthly parking permit and can be set up through a simple form through your account.
  • Parking Card. The Parking Card works just like a credit card and can be used to pay for your parking costs at the parking operators who accept them.
  • Pay Me Back. If your parking expenses are inconsistent or your garage doesn’t accept credit cards, then use a Pay Me Back form to get reimbursed for eligible expenses. Funds can be transferred to your bank account or a check will be mailed to you.
