For Second Consecutive Year, WageWorks Ranks on Inc. Magazine's List of America's 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Provider of consumer-driven tax-advantaged spending accounts achieves three-year growth of 1,802.4 %

SAN MATEO, CA – August 25, 2006 – WageWorks®, the nation's leading provider of consumer-driven tax-advantaged spending accounts for health care, dependent care and commuter benefits, ranked No. 26 on Inc. magazine's annual list of America's 500 fastest growing private companies. The company recorded three-year growth of 1,802.4%.

To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held independent  —  not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies  —  as of December 31, 2005, and have at least $600,000 in net sales in the base year.
