New Learning Center Enhances Participant Education

There’s no substitute for a little knowledge when it comes to making smart choices about big expenses such as health and dependent care. With that in mind, WageWorks in pleased to introduce the Learning Center, a new feature of wageworks.com designed specifically to give eligible employees and participants the plan information they want when they need it. The Learning Center makes it convenient to learn with features like easy-to-follow tutorials, informative tips and articles, and an answer center where our experts respond to questions frequently asked by plan participants.
 
The Video Tutorials cover WageWorks programs, from A to Z, beginning to end. They provide everything from assistance with choosing a plan and getting started to expert tips designed to help participants save more and make saving even more convenient.

Answer Me Online is employees’ direct link to our Learning Center expert customer service representatives. The questions posted here are frequently updated and culled directly from those being asked of our experts by eligible plan participants.

The Advanced Learning pages help participants stretch their knowledge—and savings—with hands-on tips and articles designed to help participants get the most from their plan, from Open Enrollment to registration and throughout the plan year.
