Press Release

WageWorks Ranked Number Nine in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program for Silicon Valley Internet, Media & Entertainment and Communication Companies

WageWorks helps lower the cost of living for more than a million families. We enable them to save money on health care, wellness, dependent care, commuting, and tuition expenses by helping them manage tax-advantaged benefits programs such as FSAs, HSAs, and HRAs.

Our unique Web- and phone-based account platform helps simplify the lives of participants. It puts their needs first by enabling them to enroll quickly, get no-hassle access to their accounts, and make fast, smart decisions about how much money to save. In addition, some of our programs offer debit cards that enable participants to pay for health and commuting costs with a quick card swipe. Participants can also gain access to their funds through a variety of other methods, including direct-to-provider payments, and direct deposit and check-based reimbursement.

We also offer world-class education tools, including the WageWorks Learning Center. The Learning Center provides direct access to trained benefits experts through phone- and Web-based assistance designed to help participants understand their options and configure plans to maximize their savings. The Learning Center also contains Webinars and demos that show participants the ropes by guiding them through typical account enrollment and usage scenarios.

Many of America's largest employers, including 40 percent of the Fortune 100, rely on us. We've achieved the trust of those companies by delivering exceptional service, keeping our promises, and delivering practical and innovative products. In addition, we've been recognized in the following ways: We ranked number 26 on Inc. magazine's 2006 Inc. 500 list, which measures the fastest-growing private companies in the country. Our customers are also consistently noted by their peers in the human resources community and acknowledged by Fortune and Working Mother as fundamentally changing the way employers and employees use and perceive the value of pre-tax benefits. Several of our clients were also recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Transportation as the nation's best workplaces for commuters.
