SAN MATEO, CA – February 05, 2008 – WageWorks is pleased to announce that Costco Pharmacy now accepts the WageWorks Health Care Card for FSA- and HRA-eligible items. Costco Pharmacy is now one of many nationwide retailers that offers the unparalleled convenience and flexibility of the industry-leading WageWorks card experience.

Costco Pharmacy is in the process of seeking IIAS certification, which will enable it to confirm FSA- and HRA-eligible purchases without further verification. During this transitional period, participants must keep all receipts and provide them when requested to verify eligible transactions for IRS purposes.

Please note, the WageWorks Health Care Card can only be used at the Costco Pharmacy window and not at any regular Costco check-out stands. Your employee should inform the Costco Pharmacy associate that they are using the WageWorks Health Care Card, and they will assist them in completing the transaction.
