Kim Jackson

Kim Jackson has a long and successful track record of providing expert legal counsel as a member of several top tier Northern California companies and law firms. Prior to joining WageWorks, she was Senior Corporate Counsel for Aricent, a leading communications software company. At Aricent, she was responsible for reviewing and negotiating global commercial contracts, implementing corporate policies, and assisting with various corporate governance issues. She also spent seven years at KLA-Tencor Corporation, a leader in yield management and process control solutions for semiconductor manufacturing and related industries, where she held the position of Associate General Counsel before transitioning to Aricent.

Kim is a graduate of the University of The Pacific's McGeorge School of Law. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara
