Michael Wilson
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Michael Wilson has extensive experience in developing corporate business strategies and realizing their execution through acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments. At WageWorks, he is responsible for strategic corporate development activities, with a focus on identifying, acquiring, and integrating acquisitions and partnerships.

Prior to WageWorks, Wilson served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Innovation at Alliance Data, a major provider of loyalty, marketing, and payment solutions. Before Alliance Data, Wilson was a Principal at eOne Global, a venture capital partnership between First Data Corporation and iFormation Group. Previously, Wilson was Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for First Data Resources and First Data International. In addition, he has held senior positions at Paradigm Solutions, Qatar General Petroleum, and Booz-Allen and Hamilton.

Wilson is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Economics and Mathematics. He also holds an MBA from Harvard University.
