Miles Ross
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Small/Mid-Market Business

As General Manager of the Small/Mid-Market Business (SMB), Miles Ross leads the company’s strategy to expand revenue and deliver consumer-directed benefit (CDB) account, technology and advisory services to SMB employers through distribution partnerships with health plans, worksite marketers, insurance brokers, payroll providers, financial institutions and third-party administrators.

Mr. Ross brings to WageWorks nearly twenty-five years of industry experience in building CDB businesses with innovative services, consistent revenue growth and strong profits.

Prior to joining WageWorks, Mr. Ross was President of MHM Resources, Inc., (the assets of which were acquired by WageWorks in 2007) a leading provider of CDB services and proprietary technology for the SMB market. A pioneer of cutting-edge employee communication programs, marketing strategies and transaction processing technologies, that company was renowned for white-label and co-branded CDB solutions that enhance the core products of its distribution partners. Mr. Ross also led the MHM Resources, Inc. management team to co-found MSaver, creating one of the first health savings account companies.

Mr. Ross holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and is a CPA.
