Rich Green
Chief Financial Officer

Rich Green oversees all of WageWorks' financial operations and supports the company's strategy of sustained, profitable growth. He brings to WageWorks a range of expertise in helping innovative companies grow, including strategic planning, integrating acquisitions, and streamlining financial operations.

Prior to joining WageWorks Mr. Green was CFO for Vertex Business Services NA, a leading global outsourcing company. He was responsible for all areas of finance and accounting including the month-end close/results, forecasting, budgeting, capital expenditures, audits, pricing/costing, acquisition analysis and due diligence, and business cases. He was also responsible for vendor management, project management and for all areas of compliance such as SOX, SAS70 and security compliance.

Rich holds a Masters in Computer Systems Management from Creighton University, an MBA in Finance and Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska.
