Leadership Team Richard T. Green Richard T. Green has served as our Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Green served as Chief Financial Officer for Vertex Business Services N.A., a leading global outsourcing company, from July 2008 to December 2008, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Utility Services Division of Alliance Data Systems, a provider of loyalty marketing solutions derived from transaction-rich data, from March 2000 to July 2008. Mr. Green holds an M.S. in Computer Systems Management from Creighton University and an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska.
