What is the turn around time for processing a Dependent Care reimbursement request?

It typically takes between 4 to 6 days from the time you submit a claim to when it is adjudicated and either a check or an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is issued or a direct deposit is made. It may take longer for you to receive your check, direct deposit, or EOB, depending on your location and situation.

Where can I obtain additional reimbursement forms?

You may download claim forms online from here.

How can I check on the status of my reimbursement?

You may check the status of your request by logging in to your account, or by calling customer service at 1-877-924-3967.

How do I receive my reimbursements by direct deposit?

You may sign-up for direct deposit online after you login here or under "edit my profile' where you can change your payment option.

How long does a direct deposit take to be posted to my bank account?

The standard turnaround time for deposit into your account is 72 hours after the claim has been processed.

Can I submit a reimbursement for services that have not yet incurred even if I do not have enough funds available in my account?

Yes, you can submit a reimbursement for services even though you do not have funds available in the account. Once funds become available we will reimburse you either in full or partially (depending on the reimbursement and the available funds in the account.)

Yes, you can submit a reimbursement for services that have not yet incurred. We will pend the reimbursement and reimburse you when the services have been incurred.
