How to use your WageWorks Health Care Card at Costco Pharmacy

WageWorks is pleased to announce that you can now use your WageWorks Health Care Card at Costco Pharmacies nationwide for FSA- and HRA-eligible expenses.

Please note the following when using your card at Costco Pharmacy.

  • The card can only be used at the Costco Pharmacy window, not at any regular Costco check-out stands.
  • When making your purchase for FSA- and HRA-eligible items, please ensure you tell the Costco Pharmacy associate that you intend to use a WageWorks Health Care Card. The associate will proceed to assist you with completing your purchase.
  • You must keep all receipts and provide them when requested by WageWorks to verify eligible transactions for the IRS.
