Card Verification 101: What It Means. What You Need to Do.When receipts are requested, it is usually after a purchase at a non-IIAS certified health care merchant such as a pharmacy that sells eligible and ineligible OTC items along with prescription medications. You will be able to use the Card at these health care merchants but most likely you will be asked to submit receipts for verification. For best results at these merchants use another form of payment and submit receipts for reimbursement via Pay Me Back. If you use your Card and receive a Card Use Verification (CUV) form along with your account statement, you will need to take action within 90 days of the transaction or risk the possibility of having your Card suspended. The following will provide you with some information on the CUV process and what you can do to easily resolve unverified transactions and avoid the possibility of Card suspension. The failure to resolve an unverified transaction after 90 days will result in the amount due being deducted from your next approved reimbursement check(s) and/or suspension of your card privileges after 90 days.
