Here we are, at the next iteration of WageWorks!
As Joe pointed out in his welcoming remarks, we are very excited to unveil what the new WageWorks looks like: Our new logo, this new website, the 2013/2014 Open Enrollment materials, and more.
Before going into our design decisions, which I am so excited to share with you, let me reiterate Joe’s message: We have evolved as a company. We have grown into a successful public company, but we have never lost sight of the core of our business: making employees happy, healthy and more productive, so that everyone benefits.
Changing a brand is never an easy task. And it’s even harder when millions of people already know you. We hope you will appreciate the change as our design decisions were taken with you in mind.
Our business is about striving to provide the best service in the industry. We serve large enterprises, as well as small businesses, because Consumer-Directed Benefits are for everyone. At the end of the day, all of our Employer Clients look for one thing: How to best serve their Employees. And we want to deliver that.
We selected the new brand logo out of 20+ explorations. The one we chose was called “Yay!”, marked by a symbol of success and happiness that we love to see with our Employee Customers, every time we are able to save them money on critical expenses. We thought about the single mom who didn’t think she could pay for summer camp. The city worker whose commute just became more affordable. And the family that is now able to build a health nest egg.
“Yay” is the mark of success, and our design is based on the letter “W”, that continues to be a prominent feature of our brand.
We chose a bright orange to highlight the optimism of our mission, complemented by a bold blue to reflect our leadership in the marketplace. Our font is lighter on “Wage” and heavier on “Works”, emphasizing our focus on making Consumer-Directed Benefits work for all of our constituencies.
Our pattern features multitudes of “+” signs, reflecting how our services benefit everyone and bring positivity to their lives.
And yes, we do enjoy the double-meaning of our new tagline: Everyone’s lives are improved, and no benefit is too small to make an impact.
Please take a look at our images, videos, and success stories featured on our new site. Let me know your feedback, as this site is for you: to make things easier, more helpful and designed for success with Consumer-Directed Benefits.
Welcome to a Brand New Day at an exciting new WageWorks.
