AgeGage is a powerful interactive health assessment tool that was developed by a team of medical and bio-statistical experts to provide an in-depth evaluation of the health risk of each individual. AgeGage assesses risks across 17 health conditions. Everyone who takes the AgeGage health assessment receives a set of general health goals. Participants get additional health plans based on their specific risk factors. The AgeGage health assessment may be taken multiple times to track progress over time.



WellRight takes the data from your AgeGage health risk assessment and creates a customized health management plan to help participants reach their health goals. WellRight features include:
