Text Me

The Text Me feature allows employees to opt-in to receiving important information about their Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care FSA activity via text message. The convenient Text Me feature keeps employees from missing important deadlines or forgetting to submit needed verifications. Instead of having to log in to their account, employees are proactively notified about important events via text message.

How does it work? Here are a few examples:

  • Text CARD to the WageWorks unique shortcode and immediately receive Healthcare Card balances via text
  • Text BALANCE and immediately receive Healthcare FSA or Dependent Care FSA balance information via text
  • Receive a text if a Healthcare Card purchase is denied and a reason for the denial


The Text Me feature helps employees manage their accounts proactively and in real time—directly from their mobile device. They don’t even need a smartphone. Text messages can be sent to multiple mobile numbers on a shared account.

Employees can set their communication preferences to receive any of the following text messages:

  1.  Card Balance Request
  2. Account Balance Request
  3. Card Transaction Declined
  4. Claim Processed
  5. Payment Issued
  6. Card Verification Required


Employees must opt-in to receive each text message individually. 


Order Card Replacement Card

WageWorks empowers employees to order replacement Healthcare Care and Commuter Cards themselves, without having to call the customer service line during specific business hours.
The Card Replacement feature allows employees to:

  • Order replacement cards at their convenience via the participant site or through IVR
  • Check on the status of a replacement card and track anticipated shipping dates via the participant site
  • Get additional assistance from customer service representatives while using the Order Replacement Card feature on the participant site
  • Download the Card Dispute form directly from the participant site on the Card Center page


The card replacement feature is dynamic; employees may not order cards that cannot be replaced or that are expired.


EZ Receipts Mobile App 

Employees enjoy a wider range of functionality from the EZ Receipts mobile app, including:

  • View and edit profile and preferences
  • Recover lost passwords
  • Submit claims with substitute receipts
  • Select from previously used providers


Pay My Provider

The convenient Pay My Provider feature is faster and easier than ever.

Save time by not having to retype! Employees may now select from a list of previously entered providers instead of having to type provider information for every new claim. The list of providers is compiled from previously entered claims. Healthcare and dependent care providers are separated, for added convenience.
