These courses are intended to enhance the skills associates need to be successful in their current position, or to prepare them for advancement within the company.

Who Is Eligible For Tuition Reimbursement?
In general, you are eligible for Tuition Reimbursement if you are a regular employee regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, are in good standing and have completed at least six months of service prior to enrollment.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ASSOCIATES ON A LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Associates on a company-approved leave of absence are not eligible to receive a reimbursement. Associates may submit for reimbursement when they return to an Active status if they return within 180 days after the course/term ends.
