Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement Program, administered by Edcor, supports associates pursuing a part-time course of study toward a certain work-related degree or certificate program. These courses are intended to enhance the skills associates need to be successful in their current position, or to prepare them for advancement within the company.

Applying for Tuition Reimbursement is as easy as 1-2-3

  1. Submit an online application no later than 30 days after the start of the course/term. 
  2. Submit a reimbursement request no later than 180 days after the end of the course.
  3. Conveniently track your reimbursement claims

Who Is Eligible For Tuition Reimbursement?

In general, you are eligible for Tuition Reimbursement if you are a regular employee regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, are in good standing and have completed at least six months of service prior to enrollment.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ASSOCIATES ON A LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Associates on a company-approved leave of absence are not eligible to receive a reimbursement.  Associates may submit for reimbursement when they return to an Active status if they return within 180 days after the course/term ends.
