Here are answers to some of the most common questions about commuter benefits.
Who is WageWorks?
WageWorks is a leading provider of commuter benefits and transit programs. All transit pass orders, changes and terminations are maintained via the WageWorks website and sent to KBS monthly.
The cost of your transit pass will be deducted from the 2nd paycheck each month.
Employees will use the WageWorks site to enroll in the transit pass program. All transit pass orders, changes, and terminations will be maintained via the WageWorks website and employee enrollment information will be sent monthly to KBS. You will need the following information to enroll:
What is enrollment/change deadline?
Enrollments and changes must be submitted via the WageWorks site by the 5th of each month for transit pass elections for the following month.
How should I change my mailing address?
KBS will provide the mailing address on file for you in Employee Self-Service (ESS) to WageWorks on a weekly basis. If your mailing address changes, it must be updated via ESS and that information will be provided to WageWorks. You cannot update your mailing address via the WageWorks website.
Can I update my e-mail address in WageWorks?
KBS will provide WageWorks with your business e-mail address. The business e-mail address has been provided so that you can receive important updates from WageWorks. You may change this e-mail address to a personal e-mail address if you prefer.
What if I do not receive my transit pass in the mail?
If your pass is lost in the mail, please contact WageWorks Customer Service at 877-924-3967 within 3 business days for additional assistance. They can assist you with the claims process.
What if I lose my transit pass after receipt?
Passes that are lost after receipt by you will not be replaced by Koch Business Solutions.
