Pay by Debit Card

Use the Osage Nation Visa Health Benefits Card associated with your account to pay for hundreds of eligible healthcare products and services for you and your dependents. It works like a debit card. Money is deducted directly from your account.

Pay Your Provider

Arrange for convenient direct payments to your healthcare provider. Simply access your WageWorks account online and fill out a simple form to have eligible expenses paid directly from your account.

Pay You Back

Arrange for account funds to be transferred to your checking account or a check to be mailed to reimburse you for eligible expenses you've already paid.

1. Download the Pay Me Back claim form from your online account or find it here and submit it via mail or fax
2. Fill out your claim online or through the EZ receipt mobile app

If you haven’t registered online yet for your new WageWorks account, please do so today by clicking on the Register link. 

You’ll need to answer a few simple questions and create a username and password.  When asked for your ID code, please enter the last four digits of your Tribal Membership ID number.

The Faster, Easier Way to Get Reimbursed for Your Health Benefit Plan Account Claims

There’s a quick and easy way you can get reimbursed for your Health Benefit Plan claims. It’s called direct deposit.

With direct deposit, money is transferred directly from your Health Benefit Plan account to your checking or savings account when your claim is processed.

Why Sign Up for Direct Deposit?

It’s easy. Once you sign up for direct deposit, you don’t have to deposit checks. Your money is automatically deposited into your account on time, every time. What could be easier?

It’s fast. There’s no waiting around for a paper check to be mailed to you. Direct deposit gives you faster access to your Health Benefit Plan account funds.

It’s safe. Your money is safe and secure with direct deposit. WageWorks uses the same high levels of security that companies and the government use to transfer funds. There’s less chance of fraud or identity theft than with paper checks. Direct deposits are confidential. And direct deposits don’t get lost.

How to Sign Up for Direct Deposit

1. If you haven’t registered online yet for your new WageWorks account, please do so today by clicking on the Register link. 

   You’ll need to answer a few simple questions and create a username and password.  When asked for your ID code, please enter the last four digits of your Tribal Membership ID number.

   If you have already registered, sign in.

2. Once you have logged in to your account, click on PROFILE in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on the REIMBURSEMENT METHOD buttons on the left.
4. Select DIRECT DEPOSIT under "Select Reimburse Payments by."
5. Enter your bank name, bank account number, bank routing number, and type of account and select SAVE CHANGES.
