First Time Users
WageWorks - HealthEquity Acquisition:
Please note, WageWorks was acquired by HealthEquity in August 2019. This acquisition will not affect your WageWorks account nor your plans, elections, and procedures for altering your account information, but you may begin to see co-branded communications in the near future. In the near future, you will no longer see the WageWorks name.
To enroll in the Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits Program, you must first create an account. For that, you will need the last four digits of your DSW number located on the back of your City ID badge.

Key dates and information on using your Commuter Benefits:
If you change employment and leave CCSF, you have 90 days to use the funds in your Transit account, however, the funds in your Parking account will be forfeited immediately. If you have unclaimed Parking Pay Me Back claims for elections prior to your day of termination and funds out of the Parking account have been allocated to those elections, you will have six months to claim those funds.
