How Do I Sign Up?
First Time Users
To enroll in the Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits Program, you must first create an account with WageWorks. For that, you will need the last four digits of your DSW number located on the back of your City ID badge.

To log in to your WageWorks account, you will need the username and password you created when you enrolled.

Key dates and information on using your WageWorks Commuter Benefits:
If you change employment and leave CCSF, you have 90 days to use the funds in your Transit account, however, the funds in your Parking account will be forfeited immediately. If you have unclaimed Parking Pay Me Back claims for elections prior to your day of termination and funds out of the Parking account have been allocated to those elections, you will have 6 months to claim those funds.
