Premium TransitChek MetroCard (PMC) Replacement Tutorial

Please login into your WageWorks account to request a replacement card. You will be able to select whether you want a replacement card mailed to you or pick up a replacement at the WageWorks offices. You will not be able to request a replacement before the 26th of the month prior to your first benefit month. Please be aware that there are no reimbursements for the time you are without your Premium TransitChek® MetroCard®.

Part 1 Order a Premium TransitChek MetroCard card from WageWorks

Step 1: Log onto your account on www.wageworks.com

Step 2: Click on the "Commuter Account" link. Next, select "PMC Replacement".

Step 3: Choose from “undelivered” or “lost/stolen/damaged”, then choose from “hold for pick up” or “mail delivery”- :

Step 4: If you selected “Hold for Pickup”, the pickup location address is listed:

Step 5:  If you selected “Mail Replacement”, your mailing address will appear:

Step 6: Submit your request. You will receive an email confirmation when your Premium MetroCard has been processed for mailing or is available for pick-up.
