If your card stops working, it may be either damaged or defective. You can call our customer service center at 877.924.3967 and request a replacement card.
Note: Due to processing times and ORCA transit agency requirements, ORCA Card Replacement requests cannot be processed from the 12th -25th day of the benefit month.
Note: PPT will need to tap the new ORCA Card against the card reader. Once the card has been activated, the transit agency will load the product onto the card. There may be a delay of up to 24 hours from when the card is activated for the pass to be available. E-purse value may take as long as 8-10 days to be available.
