The EASY card is a smartcard that is good for use on both Tri-Rail and MDT, including Metrorail and Metrobus. The EASY Card works like a reloadable debit card you can use to pay your transit fare.
Where do I get an EASY Card (regular fare)?
All EASY Cards are obtained from Tri-Rail and you may obtain a card at any of the following locations:
At Ticket Vending Machines located at all Tri-Rail stations.
At any of the five Tri-Rail Ticket Kiosks located at the West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Metrorail Transfer and Miami Airport Stations.

What is the difference between EDP passes and regular Fare Products?
The SFRTA/Tri-Rail’s EDP offers a 25 percent discount on Monthly and 12-Trip passes as a benefit for employees of participating companies. The EDP-encoded EASY Card received by EDP Members is programmed to provide the 25 percent discount.
Can I use the WageWorks Commuter Card to load my EASY Card?
No, the WageWorks Commuter Card cannot be used to load the EASY Card.
My card doesn’t seem to be working. What can I do?
If your card stops working, it may be either damaged or defective. You can contact Tri-Rail Customer Service to request a replacement card at (786) 469-5151.
When does WageWorks load my EASY card?
We guarantee the cards will be loaded by the 1st of the actual benefit month each month.
Which products can I load onto my EASY Card through WageWorks?
WageWorks offers the Monthly and 12-Ride Passes both regular fare and EDP passes.
I’m an EDP customer and I don’t see the EDP products on the WageWorks website, what do I do?

Are monthly passes good for a month from time of purchase?
Monthly passes are good for unlimited use during a calendar month, and not from the time of purchase. Passengers should calculate if a 12-Trip may be more beneficial for the remainder of the current month instead of purchasing a Monthly Pass.
