Obtain a Sun Tran Card

Ordering via Direct Load Process

Step 1: Log onto your account on www.wageworks.com.

Step 2: Click on the "Commuter" link. Next, select "Enroll in Commuter" and then "Commuter Transit." (Click on Next). Select "Sun Tran (Tucson)" as the service provider.

Step 3: Select one of the NEW Sun Go Options.

New SunGo 30-Day Express Pass
New SunGo Card 30-Day Pass
New SunGo Stored Value Pass

*If you choose a Transfer product, you will be prompted to enter your WageWorks issued SunGo card number. WageWorks can only load WageWorks issue SunGo cards. If you do not have a WageWorks issued SunGo card, please go back and select New SunGo Card order.

Step 4: Enter in your WageWorks issued SunGo cards' serial number.

Step 5: Complete your order.

When you complete your order you will be required to sign a terms and conditions box indicating you confirm the card number entered is for a WageWorks issued SunGo card and that you acknowledge that if the card number is not issued by WageWorks, your order will not process.

Timing: Your New SunGo card will arrive before the intended benefit month you are ordering for.
