There are three ways to have your WageWorks® Healthcare Card reinstated:
- Log into your WageWorks account and upload a digital copy of your itemized receipt for the card transaction in question;
- Use the WageWorks EZ Receipts® mobile app to submit a digital copy of your itemized receipt for the card transaction in question; or
- Fill out and submit a Card Use Verification form by fax or mail. It will take approximately 2-3 business days after the form has been received, processed, and approved for your WageWorks Healthcare Card to be reinstated.
