  • How can I pay for my commuter expenses with my account?

There are four ways to use your Commuter Transit Account to pay for eligible transit expenses

    1. Buy My Pass. You can select the transit pass you want, and it’s delivered to your home or office.
    2. Pay By Debit Card. Depending on your employer’s plan, you may use the convenient WageWorks Commuter Card to pay for eligible transit expenses directly from your account. Funds from your account are loaded onto your card, which can be used to make purchases at transit agency ticket machines and most resellers.
    3. SmartCards. You can choose to have funds form your account loaded directly to your transit agency's SmartCard.
    4. Pay Me Back. You can have funds deposited directly into your bank account or a check mailed to reimburse you for eligible transit expenses you've already paid.

To select your payment option, just log into your WageWorks account.
