Am I eligible to order printed materials?

Your WageWorks Relationship Manager can help you determine if you are eligible to place orders according to the terms of your WageWorks account.
How much print material should I order?
Consider how you plan to use the material when placing your order. You order quantities depend on several factors:
- Your total number of eligible employees
- The types of Open Enrollment campaign activities you have planned
- The means by which you plan to distribute materials
- The frequency or total number of activities you have planned
It’s our experience that only 10-20 percent of employees attending live benefit fairs pick up printed materials. We’ve found that hanging posters in break rooms is more effective than leaving a stack of flyers out for employees to pick up.
When do I need to place my order?

Planning ahead is always a good idea. We suggest placing orders several weeks in advance of your Open Enrollment. Keep in mind that shipments take 7 to 10 days to reach their destinations, so please order your material early enough to ensure timely delivery.
Where can I ship materials? Can I ship to more than one location?

You can ship materials to anywhere in the United States. The Media Store handles shipment to multiple locations. You can enter five mailing addresses within this system directly.

If you would like to ship materials to more than five locations, please follow directions to upload a spreadsheet of the delivery information. You will be asked to verify quantities ordered for each location. To be processed, the sum of these orders must match the total quantities of each piece of collateral ordered. This help to ensure each location receives what it should.
How can I find out about the status of my order?

Within 20 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order was received. You will receive a second email to let you know that your order has shipped. It may take 5-10 working days after placing your order to receive this shipment confirmation email.

You may check on the status of your order by logging in to the Media Store. Tracking information is made available via the Media Store as soon as shipments are made. You may also view your previous orders via “Order History.”
May I change my order?

Unfortunately, you may not edit your order once you’ve placed it. Double check all details—assets selected, quantities, shipment locations. Verify that all information is correct, and then click the “Place Order” button to submit your order. You will be asked to agree with our terms and conditions before your order is accepted. Please consult with your WageWorks Relationship Manager if you have any questions about these terms and conditions.
What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped by FedEx using the 7-10 working day shipping option. Charges apply for expedited shipping. Please talk to your WageWorks Relationship Manager about expedited shipping.
What if I have a special request?

If you have a special order or need to modify your order, contact your WageWorks Relationship Manager immediately. While we make every effort to deliver the materials you need when and where you need them, special orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks to process.
How secure is the Media Store?

All information from the Media Store is encrypted through HTTPS — a secure online session. While email notifications generated from our fulfillment center are sent without encryption, no payment information is ever transmitted via email. WageWorks bills you, our clients, directly for orders placed through the Media Store. Payment information is not at risk because the Media Store does not process credit card transactions.
