EDUCATIONAL WEBINARS

General Website Webinar - Open to all employers and brokers, this webinar demonstrates how to access the web portal, add and view participant data, access reports and utilize the case management tool.

The live training sessions are hosted every Tuesday and Thursday at 1 p.m. Central Time. Click here to access a training session and enter your name. We recommend you log in a few minutes early to allow for any browser updates that may be required.

Migration Specific Webinar - Open to all employers and brokers, this webinar will be similar to the general website webinar, however it will take place specific to when your migration occurs. This webinar demonstrates how to access the web portal, adding and viewing participant data, accessing and reviewing reports (comparing new reports to what you use today) and utilizing the new case management tool.
