Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Account (DCA), Parking, Transit, and HSA Renewals

Your plans will be renewed. However, you must enroll employees in the new plan year.

Please note, we are no longer offering online enrollment for employees.

Employee Enrollment for FSA, DCA, Transit and Parking Plans

  1. Provide eligible employees with plan flyers to explain the benefits offered to them and encourage participation.
  2. Have your employees choose their annual election amounts for the plans they’re offered.
  3. Submit employee enrollments to Choice Strategies:
    1. Use the enrollment eForm for fast, 2-day processing
    2. For current participants, please use our renewal template
    3. For new participants, use the enrollment template  for large batches of enrollments. Processing time for templates and hardcopy forms is up to 10 business days.

Auto Renewal: If you would like us to auto-renew your employees’ enrollments at last year’s election amounts, please contact your Client Services Team at least 45 days prior to the start of your plan. If you chose auto-renewal in the past, we will continue this process. To update employee election amounts, please use the eForms or the renewal template.
