WageWorks Commuter Card & Go-To Card Tutorial

Part 1: Ordering and funding a WageWorks Visa® Prepaid Commuter Card or a WageWorks MasterCard® Prepaid Commuter Card

The WageWorks Commuter card is a stored-valued card that works like a credit card at transit agency ticket vending machines and ticket windows. In this order path you will be using the Commuter Card as a personal card, to load fares onto your Go-To Card.

Step 1: Log onto your account on www.wageworks.com

Step 2: Click on the "Place Commuter Order" link. Next, select "Transit". Finally select "Metro Transit Go-To Card Program"

Step 3: Select the “WageWorks Commuter Card” pass product.

Step 4: Select the amount you would like to have on your Commuter Card. To determine this amount, please identify how much you will need to fund your Go-To to support your monthly commute needs.

Step 5: Complete your order.

Please note the Commuter Card funds load on the 20th of the month. The value will not be available until that date.

Part 2: Get and Fund a Go-To Card

You may do any of the following to obtain a Metro Go-To Card:

Adults (ages 13-64) can buy a Go-To Card online, at 100+ retailers including all Cub Foods stores, at Metro Transit Service Centers and WageWorks, social service agencies or schools.

Once you have obtained a GoTo Card, take the following steps to fund it via your WageWorks Commuter Card

Step 1: Create a Web Account

Begin Here, enter your serial number and click “Continue”

Step 2: “Accept” the Tennessen Warning

Step 3: Register Your Card

Step 4:  You may now add product to your card

Step 5: Click the product you wish to add

Step 6: Re-enter your serial number.

Step 7: Add the value of your choice.  Your purchase will not be reflected in your balance until your card is used on a bus or train.

Step 8: “Checkout” of the shopping card or “Continue Shopping” to add other products.

Step 9: Enter Billing Address & Payment Information, click “Checkout”, Confirm Order and then click “Place Order”

The WageWorks Commuter Prepaid MasterCard is issued by The Bancorp Bank, member FDIC, pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated. Card can be used at qualified locations everywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted. Card cannot be used cash access or at ATMs.

The WageWorks Visa Prepaid Commuter Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Card can be used at qualified locations wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. Card cannot be used at any ATM or for cash access.
