Can I return my WageWorks issued NJ Transit pass/ticket for a refund?
Yes and no. Monthly passes may be returned for credit but the multi-ride passes cannot. Please contact our customer service department at (877) 924-3967 and they will be happy to walk you through the process. Please be advised that all unused monthly passes must be received by WageWorks by the 5th of the benefit month. Once WageWorks has received the pass, any pre-tax funds will be credited to your WageWorks account and any post tax funds will returned via check or direct deposit.
I purchased a NJ Transit pass/ticket using my WageWorks Mastercard® Prepaid Commuter Card. Can I seek a refund and how do I go about doing that?

I have lost my WageWorks issued or Commuter Card-purchased NJ Transit pass. Can I be refunded?
No. Unfortunately, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. Your tickets have value. Please safeguard your tickets as you would cash. WageWorks is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or destroyed tickets.
I have not received my WageWorks issued pass by the 1st, what should I do?
If you have not received your pass by the first of the intended benefit month, please call our customer service department at (877) 924-3967. They will be happy to provide you with instruction.
Can I use my WageWorks Commuter Card in conjunction with the NJ Transit mobile App.
Yes! NJ Transit offers a mobile app that allows riders to use mobile ticketing, plan trips, receive train schedules and offers many other features. Additional info may be found here.
Can I use my WageWorks Commuter Card in conjunction with the NJ Quik-Tik program?
The WageWorks Commuter Card is compatible with the NJ Transit Quik-Tik program. The Quik-Tik program allows participants to receive their tickets, by mail, directly from NJ Transit. More info is available here.
