  • How can I get a FREEDOM card?
    You can purchase one at vending machines on the unpaid side in any station with cash, debit or credit (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), or at the FREEDOM Card Service Center located at the Broadway Station, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays.
  • What if my PATCO is lost or stolen?

    Please contact PATCO to get a new PATCO card.

    Once the card is replaced, PPTs should update their serial number online via the PPT site or by calling WageWorks Customer Service.
