Order Timeline 

The timeline of events is as follows:

  • Your WageWorks order is cutoff by your Employer cutoff date.
  • If you’ve ordered Direct Load your order will be placed and funded to your card by no later than the last day of that month.
  • If your Direct Load order is rejected due to an incorrect serial number, your credit will be processed by no later than the last day of that month.

General Information

There are certain processes WageWorks can complete and certain processes that only PATCO can complete.

PATCO processes

  • Transfer funds
  • Issue replacement cards
  • Identify why your funds rejected

WageWorks Processes

  • Fund your Clipper Card directly.
  • Update your pending WageWorks election with a new card number. This must be completed by your Employer cutoff date.

PATCO Customer Service

There will be times that you will need to contact the PATCO Customer Service department to get assistance. You may also be directed to PATCO, by WageWorks, in order to get key information. There are details regarding your card that only PATCO has access to.
