PATCO Freedom Tutorial

Part 1 Obtain a Freedom card

Ordering via Direct Load Process

Step 1: Log onto your account on www.wageworks.com

Step 2: Click on the "Commuter" link. Next, select "Enroll in Commuter" and then "Commuter Transit." Select “PATCO” as the service provider.

Step 3: Select the PATCO product you need.

Step 4: Enter in your PATCO cards’ serial number and select the value you wish to load.

If you do not already have a PATCO Freedom you can purchase one thru PATCO.  PATCO Freedom cards can be purchased at vending machines on the unpaid side in any station with cash, debit or credit (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), or at the FREEDOM Card Service Center located at the Broadway Station, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekday.

Step 4: Complete your order.

Timing: Your PATCO order will be loaded to your card by the first of the benefit month.
