How Does It Work?

You can be reimbursed for up to $600 of the employee-only cost of the physical fitness activities and memberships.

  • Items listed for reimbursement must benefit an eligible employee.
  • Expenses must be submitted by November 30th to be applied to the current year annual maximum.  Any submissions received after November 30th are not guaranteed to be processed towards the current year annual maximum and may be applied towards the following year annual maximum. 

Examples of eligible expenses include (not an exhaustive list):

  • Fitness Center, Club or Studio Membership
  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Personal Training Fees & Fitness Counseling Fees
  • Sport Lesson Fees
