Located in midtown Manhattan, our offices are convenient to subways, Penn Station, Grand Central Terminal, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. You can visit in person to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged Premium TransitChek® MetroCard®.

To replace a lost, stolen or damaged Premium TransitChek MetroCard:

  • Go online and login to your account to initiate a replacement. Your Current Card will be deactivated and replaced with an active card once your request has been processed.
  • Your replacement card can be mailed to you or you can elect to pick it up at the WageWorks/TransitChek office at the address listed above.

 

A lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered Premium TransitChek® MetroCard®  can be replaced between the hours of 8:00am - 4:00 pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This office will close at 2:00 PM the business day prior to the following holidays:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
