To help you through the transition, we’ve created a Transition Guide to walk you through the process and provide you with useful information and FAQs. The information you have received from your Service Delivery Manager or Client Services team outlines the timeline for your transition. Based on your transition date below, you can use the associated links within to access the timeline, guide and additional support materials. We’re also providing support webinars to help you understand the new functionally available to you. These are accessible through the Support section.

HealthEquity/WageWorks will communicate the platform transition to your members and highlight some of the changes they can expect. Encourage your members to keep their current accounts up to date and to watch for our communications.
