MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS

HealthEquity will ask for your assistance in the communication process to your employees at key times in the transition process. A successful transition will include formal and informal supporting communications. Encourage your employees to keep their current accounts up to date and to watch for your communications. It’s important that you assist in helping them understand what is happening with their benefits transition by sharing with them the key dates and milestone regarding the transition.
